The first site on your journey, which starts after lunch, is the Baraka Turtle Aquarium. The program's purpose is to save endangered sea turtle species. Before releasing the turtles back into the water, the Baraka Turtle Aquarium Centre will highlight the considerable amount of labour and work that has gone into sea turtle conservation and breeding programs. This will happen before the turtles are released back into their native environment. You will have the opportunity to swim in this wonderful aquarium before departing on the Sunset Cruise, which will take place shortly afterwards.
The Sunset Cruise begins at 16:00 p.m. and consists of boarding a shared or private traditional dhow, travelling around, and listening to traditional music provided by a traditional band aboard the dhow. Throughout the voyage, you will have the chance to taste wonderful seasonal fruits that have just been harvested. The sailing will continue till the sun goes down.
