
You will be picked up and transferred to the Dar es Salaam airport in the wee hours of the morning in order to catch your flight to Mpanda, which will get you there at around 9:10 in the morning. After you have completed all of the necessary procedures at the airport, we will pick you up and drive you through Mpanda Town. En route to Katavi National Park, we will make a pit stop at one of the most renowned restaurants in the nation for a substantial breakfast.
After entering the park and completing the necessary paperwork, you will make your way to the Katavi Banda to check in and have a shower. After lunch, you will go on a game drive in the afternoon. Dinner and a night’s stay at the Katavi Wildlife Camp are included.
Get ready for your morning game drive after breakfast, and then go back to the camp to freshen up before your early lunch. In the afternoon, you may relax at the banda’s pool or catch a nap before going on an evening adventure. Enjoy a sunset drink, a delicious meal, and a comfortable sleep at the Katavi Wildlife Camp.
Another lovely day in Katavi, during which guests have the option of participating in an early morning game drive before breakfast, after which they can return to their bandas and spend the rest of the day at their leisure until the evening game drive, or they can be guided on a game drive throughout the entirety of the day in Katavi. A picnic lunch in the designated area, free time, supper, and lodging for the night are all included.
Get up early and embark on a walking safari across the Katavi floodplain with an army ranger to learn more about the area. Unwind at Banda for the day before going on a night wildlife drive. Overnight stay, lunch, and dinner in Katavi Wildlife Camp.
On your last day in Katavi, you will be taken on a guided wildlife drive to Ikuu before returning to Mpanda, where you will spend the night at Lyamba Lya Mfipa Hotel ready for your flight to Dar es Salaam the following day.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight back to Dar es Salaam or to another destination.
