After breakfast, you’ll go on a day tour of Lake Chala with a knowledgeable guide. Our locally led tour will take you to the lake and the area around it, where you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities, including swimming, bird watching, and hiking. A guided tour is highly recommended because not only will it make sure you see all of the area’s best sights, but it will also teach you interesting things about the area’s history, culture, and ecology. However, because there are not any lifeguards on duty and the water can be quite deep in certain areas of the lake, visitors should make sure to exercise caution and follow all of the safety guidelines that have been provided.
It is also recommended to visit Lake Chala during the dry season, which begins in June and ends in October and March. This is because the weather during this time is more favourable, and the roads are also in better condition during this time. The visitors are encouraged to bring appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and insect repellent, in addition to the lunch that will be provided as part of the tour. The tour will come to an end in the late afternoon, and at that point, you will be driven back to the hotel.
