01
Day 01 : Arrival In Kigali

Upon your arrival at Kigali International Airport, our experienced tour guide will be there to meet you. During your stay in Rwanda, they will be with you every step of the way. We will arrange for your airport transfers to the Radisson Blu Kigali Hotel. At the hotel, our knowledgeable guide will offer you a concise overview of the trip itinerary and address any inquiries you might have. Prepare yourself for an incredible journey through the stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and incredible wildlife that Rwanda has in store.

Time permitting, consider an optional visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial, which is a moving testimony to Rwanda’s past.

Day 02:Kigali To Volcanoes National Park

Embark on a picturesque journey through Rwanda's stunning terraced hillsides to Musanze, the starting point for gorilla tracking. Once you've settled into your accommodations and had a satisfying meal, take full advantage of the amenities available to you for the rest of the afternoon. Join us in the evening for a briefing on the upcoming gorilla tracking adventure. Discover valuable information about the gorilla families you may come across, along with the necessary guidelines and protocols for engaging with them respectfully in their natural environment. Following the briefing, indulge in a delectable dinner before settling in for a peaceful night's rest, preparing for an early morning ahead. Overnight at Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge or a similar Hotel

Day 03:Volcanoes National Park

After an early breakfast, we go to Volcanoes National Park headquarters for a briefing by park staff before meeting the rangers, who will guide us to the assigned gorilla family. Only 96 tourists receive gorilla permits daily in Volcanoes National Park, which is home to 12 fully habituated gorilla families. Therefore, early booking is a must to secure a spot for this incredible experience.

Gorilla tracking does not present a serious physical challenge to a reasonably fit adult, regardless of age, although the altitude and terrain can sometimes be demanding. Gorilla tracking can take 2 to 6 hours, with the guides stopping frequently to allow people to rest. After the trek, return to your accommodation for lunch and spend the rest of your afternoon at leisure, or take an optional tour of the new Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund.

Day 04: Kigali – Serengeti

Following a morning meal, we set off for Kigali Airport, ensuring we arrived in time for our flight to Serengeti National Park. This renowned wildlife sanctuary in Tanzania is truly a gem, with the distinction of being the most famous of its kind worldwide. Upon arrival, indulge in a game drive as you make your way to your accommodation, where a delectable late lunch awaits.

The vast expanse of the Serengeti, home to a rich variety of wildlife, will captivate you. As the sun starts to descend, the sky becomes a stunning display of vivid hues, creating an ideal setting for an unforgettable evening in the heart of the African wilderness. Unwind and enjoy the soothing sounds of nature while reminiscing about the day's escapades by a cosy campfire beneath the sparkling night sky. Stay overnight at Serengeti Pioneer Camp or a comparable lodge or camp.

Day 05: Serengeti

Experience a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park and marvel at the breathtaking array of wildlife that inhabits this expansive savannah. Be on the lookout for the renowned Big Five, which includes lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos, along with cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and other fascinating wildlife. Guided by an expert, you'll gain valuable insights into the park's ecosystem and the fascinating behaviour of its inhabitants, ensuring a truly memorable safari adventure. Day 06:Ngorongoro

Following breakfast, you will embark on a final morning game drive in Serengeti. Afterwards, you will prepare for a drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Early morning game drives in Serengeti offer a prime chance to observe wildlife at its peak activity. Be on the lookout for lions, elephants, and perhaps even a cheetah or two. As you prepare to depart from the Serengeti and bid farewell to its breathtaking landscapes, brace yourself for the upcoming chapter of your journey in the magnificent Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy a delightful dinner and spend the night at Ngorongoro Farm House Lodge or a lodge of similar quality.

Day 07:NGORONGORO CRATER

Following an early breakfast, it's time to explore the renowned Ngorongoro Crater. This extraordinary natural wonder is a sanctuary for a diverse range of wildlife, boasting majestic lions, magnificent elephants, and mighty rhinos. The crater's exceptional ecosystem offers a wonderful chance for a game drive, allowing visitors to observe these animals in their natural surroundings. The breathtaking views and variety of landscapes will captivate you as you explore the crater. This experience is an absolute must during your trip to Tanzania. It will leave a lasting impression that you won't want to miss. Enjoy a delightful dinner and spend the night at Maramboi Tented Lodge or a lodge of similar quality.

Day 08:TARANGIRE

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park and prepare to be amazed by the incredible variety of wildlife that awaits you. Elephants wander about, giraffes elegantly manoeuvre through the towering trees, and lions relax on massive rocks. Majestic Baobab trees adorn the landscape, and the Tarangire River gracefully winds its way through the park, providing a crucial source of sustenance for the wide array of animals that call it home. The remarkable variety of wildlife in Tarangire National Park demonstrates the importance of conservation efforts in safeguarding these invaluable ecosystems for future generations' enjoyment. Enjoy a delightful dinner and spend the night at Maramboi Tented Lodge or a lodge of similar quality.

Day 09: Arusha – Zanzibar

Arrive in Arusha punctually to catch a flight to Zanzibar, signalling the conclusion of your thrilling safari adventure and the commencement of a tranquil beach getaway.

Upon your arrival in Zanzibar, you are welcomed by the gentle ocean breeze and the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore, signalling the beginning of an exciting chapter in your African adventure. Your upcoming adventure promises to be just as memorable as the previous one, with pristine beaches, transparent waters, and vibrant coral reefs awaiting discovery.

Our driver will be waiting for you at the Zanzibar Airport exit gate. From there, you will be taken to Hotel Verde, your accommodation for the next few nights, before heading to Nungwi.

Day 10-11:Stone Town Zanzibar

Indulge in a truly luxurious and relaxing stay at Hotel Verde in Zanzibar City, where you can enjoy the utmost in comfort and sophistication for the next two nights. The hotel provides breathtaking ocean views, exquisite water sports, and a spa experience that will leave you feeling refreshed. During your stay in Stone Town, you will have the opportunity to explore the rich history of the area by visiting historic Stone Town, Prison Island, and Spice Farm. Additionally, you can enhance your culinary skills by taking part in a cooking class.

Day 12-14: Nungwi Beach

Following three nights in Stone Town, your next destination will be Riu Jambo. The hotel is located on Zanzibar's stunning northeastern coast. Riu Jambo provides breathtaking vistas of the Indian Ocean and grants guests the opportunity to enjoy immaculate white sandy beaches. You will have the opportunity to spend the final three nights at this location, indulging in a range of activities offered in Nungwi.

Take some time to unwind at the hotel before you leave. Check-out time is at noon; however, if you wish to prolong your stay until 12:00 PM, you have the opportunity to do so for an extra charge, subject to availability.
